浅谈钻孔灌注桩的施工工艺及质量控制
摘要
目前,桩基础在高层建筑、重型厂房等工程中得到大量运用,幷已成为我国工程建设中最为重要的基础形式。在所有桩基类型中,灌注桩应用较为普遍,灌注桩由于对各种地质条件的适应性强、施工简略易操作且设备投入不是很大,在各类房屋及建筑中都得到了广泛的应用。所以为加快施工进度,保证质量,节约成本,在其施工工艺和质量方面做到严控具有重要的意义。本文主要从灌注桩的施工工艺及质量控制方面对其进行简单探讨和分析。
关键词:钻孔灌注桩;施工工艺;质量控制
Abstract
At present, the pile foundation is widely used in high-rise buildings, factories and other projects, and has e one of the most basic form of important for project construction in our country. In all types of pile, bored pile applied universally, bored piles due to various geological conditions adaptability, simple construction and easy operation and low equipment investment is not very big, have been widely used in various types of housing and construction. So in order to speed up the construction progress, ensure the quality, save the cost, in terms of its construction technology and quality control is of great significance to do. This paper mainly from the aspects of construction technology and quality control of bored pile on the simple discussion and analysis.
