PLC在煤矿皮带运输机系统上的应用
摘要
随着矿井大型化、机械化和自动化水平的不断提高,皮带运输机已成为高产高效矿井输煤的主要运输设备。在皮带输送机的连续生产中,常会出现打滑、撕裂、跑偏、堆煤等现象。为了提高皮带输送机运行的可靠性,目前已采用多种装置对皮带运输机进行保护。本设计采用西门子S7-200型PLC对煤矿皮带运输机的控制系统和保护系统进行控制,提高了整个皮带运输机系统的安全性、可靠性。
本文首先简述了皮带运输机的结构,以及国内皮带运输机的现状,存在许多需要改进的地方。其次对可编程控制器(PLC)进行了简单的描述,介绍了PLC的基本概念、PLC的基本结构、PLC的工作原理。再次结合晋城寺河矿实际,分析了皮带运输机的系统控制和系统保护部分,做出了流程图,分析出了I/O表。最后在Step7 Micro/win V4 SP6编程软件上编好了梯形图,译出了语句表,并自己总结出一些结论。

Abstract
With mine large-scale, mechanization and automation level unceasing enhancement, rubber belt conveyor has e the high yield and high efficiency of the coal mine main transport equipment. In the continuous production of belt conveyor, often appear skid, torn, and pile of coal, etc. In order to improve the operation reliability of belt conveyor, there are a variety of devices currently on the conveyor belt has adopted in the System protection. This design uses the Siemens S7-200 PLC to control the system of coal mine belt conveyors and protection system, improving the control of rubber belt conveyor system safety and reliability.
In this design, first it describes the structure of the belt conveyor, and the Current situation of the belt conveyor field, there are many areas for improvement. Second of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a simple description, introduces the basic concept, PLC basic structure, the working principle of PLC. Once bining the actual of Sihe coal mine belt conveyors, analyzed the system control and protection system, make up the flowchart, analyze the I/O Table. Finally program the ladder diagram in the Step7 Micro/win V4 SP6 programming software, translate the Statement List, and summarizes some conclusion.
