摘要
模具现在已经成为工业发展的基础,而塑料模占模具总量的比例达到35%~40%,塑料成型模具的应用在各类模具的应用中占有领先地位。随着我国经济的发展,国家经济建设持续稳定的发展,塑料制件的生产越来越广泛,塑料成型工业在基础工业中的地位日益重要。本文详细介绍了观察镜架注射模具的设计。对浇注系统、成型零件、脱模机构、抽芯机构、合模导向机构、温度调节系统做了完整的设计计算。

Abstract
Mould has e the foundation for industrial development ,and plastic moulds account for the proportion of the total 35%~40%,plastic mould used in the application of various types of mould occupies a leading position .As China’s economic development, sustainable and stable national economic construction of the development ,production of plastic parts more widely, plastic moulding industry in the basic industries in the increasingly important position . This text has introduced the design of the observation frame injection mould in detail. In this text the feedsysterm, shaping part, drawing of anization , pulling mechanism , shut mould anization , temperature control system were designed and calculated totally.
