摘要
本题目的主要目的是通过引入信息技术,促使企业人力资管理系统化、规范化和自动化。通过本题目的设计和实现,充分把课本所学的知识与生产实践相结合,并能够综合运用,深入了解人力资源管理的业务流程,随着计算机信息技术及网络通讯技术的飞速发展,企业所处的外部环境发生了前所未有的变化,企业间的竞争日趋激烈,而竞争的主要因素是人才的竞争,人力资源成为企业中最宝贵的资源。但由于传统的管理方式的落后,不但浪费了人力,物力和时间,又不能完全的向员工开放,提高员工的积极性,极大的发挥他们的潜力。因此,开发一个功能强大的人力资源管理系统显得十分必要。
本文主要研究采用JSP+Struts+Hibernate技术开发的唐山市纸制品有限公司人力资源管理系统。本系统采用浏览器/服务器(B/S)结构开发,选用经典的Struts作为开发架构,服务器采用Tomcat,与后台数据库的连接采用中间件Hibernate。本文主要介绍了系统的构成、系统的需求分析与设计,并给出了系统的实现方案及技术细节,包括运行环境的配置、数据库的建立及功能模块的实现细节等。
