火电厂输煤(配煤部分)控制系统设计
摘要
文章介绍了某火电厂原煤仓自动配煤系统的设计开发以及优化过程,重点阐述了循环配煤方案的概念和实现方法。在分析了传统自动配煤工艺流程的不足之后,文章介绍了循环配煤、尾仓自动切换、自动停煤源等街的设计概念,提出完整的循环配煤设计方案。该方案使自动配煤过程进一步得到优化、配煤过程更加连续、煤仓配煤更为充分均衡,提高了设备运行效率,能有效防止加仓溢出情况的发生,最终使自动配煤过程变得更加科学合理、系统运行更为稳定可靠。
另外,本文介绍了PLC程序控制在火力发电厂输煤系统中的应用以及控制方式,阐述了整个控制系统的结构和功能,并对其配置及组成部件作了系统的论述。可编程控制器(programmable logic controller)简称PLC。它是历年以来,在集成电路计算机技术基础上发展起来的一种新兴工业控制设备。目前,国外已广泛的应用于自动化控制领域。PC的生产商正不断地开发PC,使PC的应用面越来越广。近几年,国内在PC开发应用方面的发展也很快,除许多从国外引进的设备、自动化生产线外,国产的机床设备已越来越多地采用PC控制系统取代传统的机电接触、控制系统。
在控制功能方面,PC机与计算机相比,编程可靠,工业化强,应用和调试周期短,可以在工作环境恶劣下工作。很容易实现机电一体化,因此PC机受到人们的普遍欢迎,成为工业控制领域方面的主流。
本文采用结构化设计,不仅便于实现多种运行方式,而且大大提高了程序的可维护性和可靠性。

Design of the coal allocating control system in thermal power plant
Abstract
The article introduced the process to design and optimize the automatic allocating coal system in a thermal power plant in , the control plan of circular allocating coal to warehouses and it’s realization method were described. Based on analyzing the ings of the process flow of the traditional automatic allocating coal,such as circular allocating coal,automatic switching the last warehouse, and automatic stopping coal source were introduced one by the software programming method, an entire plan of designing circular allocating coal system was put up finally. With this optimized control plan, the automatic allocating coal process es more continuous, full and even. This control plan improved the efficiency of equipments operating, effectively prevented coal to overflow the warehouse, finally caused the automatic allocating coal process to e more scientific and stable.
This can ensure the system's reliability or configuration. The paper mainly deals with the application of Programmable Controller (PLC) design in thermal power plant coal conveying system and its controlling method, and describes the function and construction for the whole control system. Furthermore, this paper details the con of its har
