[摘要] 目的探讨对脑发育不全性癫痫的致痫灶评估和外科治疗。方法 2005 年 5 月-2009 年 8 月对 12
例经临床表现、神经影像学、脑电图、PET/CT 等确诊的脑发育不全性癫痫患者进行癫痫灶评估、手术治
疗,术后口服小剂量的得理多、德巴金片或原术前服用的抗癫痫药。结果出院后随访 -6 年者 12 例。
按 Engel 术后标准评价 1级 4 例,2 级 6 例,3 级 2 例;按谭启富术后标准,满意者 4 例,显著改善者 7
例,良好 1 例。结论外科治疗脑发育不全性癫痫是一种非常有效的方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the epileptogenic zone appraisal and surgical treatment of
cerebral dysgenesis epilepsy. Methods According clinical manifestation, neuroimaging, EECG,
PET/CT, 12 cerebral dysgenesis epilepsy cases got final diagnosis from May, 2005 to August, 2009.
To patients do epileptogenic zone appraisal and surgical treatment, take Tegretol, Sodium Valproate
pills(or some anti-epileptic drugs should taken preoperatively) low dose by mouth postoperatively.
Results 12 patients were followed up to 6 years to evaluate operation efficay by Engel
classificatin standard,4 cases Engel I,6 cases Engel II,2 cases Engel II:According to Tanqifu
standard, satisfactory 4 cases, conspicuous improved 7 cases, good 1 case. Conclusions Surgical
treatment to cerebral dysgenesis epilepsy is a very effective method.
