目前,低氢交流焊条焊接由于脱氧及交流焊接电弧不稳定等问题,大都采用在药皮中加入10%左右的高钛脱氧方式进行配方设计。但高钛含量药皮导致成本过高,同时熔滴以颗粒状形式过渡,其工艺性能有待改善。本文针对该问题开展了低氢交流焊条低钛含量药皮配方设计及工艺性能、力学性能试验研究工作。研究工作表明,在低Ti含量药皮前提下,采用高碱度药皮配合Si、Mn联合脱氧设计思路研制低钛低氢交流焊条,经实验室配方调试试验,可以获得和高Ti药皮相当的冶金脱氧效果。低 Ti含量药皮焊条,可以通过另外添加低电离电压的Ca、Na等物质增加其焊接电弧的稳定性,达到和高Ti含量药皮基本相当的低压交流稳弧性能。采用本设计方案研制的低氢交流焊条具有良好的工艺性能和力学性能并保持其原有的低氢特性,完全满足产品的技术性能指标要求,与市售SH506、NJ506现行产品性能基本相当,熔滴过渡呈现较好的喷射过渡,工艺操作性能优于高Ti焊条,其性价比优势明显,有着很好的经济效益和社会效益。

Title The study on low-titanium desoxydation of low-hydrogen
alternating current electrode
Abstract
At present,as existing problem of desoxydation and electric arc instability ,the low-hydrogen alternating current welding adopts the way to deoxidize in adding about 10% titanium into coating to make a ingredient design. However, the high content of titanium in coat causes high cost, simultaneously its droplet adopt the way of globular transfer and the operation performance should be improved. The subject make a ingredient design of low content of titanium in low-hydrogen alternating current electrode coat and start the study of operation performance and mechanical property for the problem. Research shows that By debugging the ingredient design in laboratory, adopt the thinking of using high basicity coating associate with Si, Mn to deoxidize on the basis of adopting coating with low titanium can obtain metallurgical desoxydation effect as good as adopting coating with high titanium . Adding other low-ionization voltage matter such as Ca、Na into low titanium coating can achieve the performance of low-voltage ac electric arc stability as high titanium low hydrogen ac electrode designed has a good operation performance and mechanical property and also maintain its original low hydrogen characteristics,fully meet the technical performance requireme
