发动机活塞热分析-毕业论文.doc

摘要
零部件的热负荷是发动机进一步强化受到限制的主要因素之一,直接影响到发动机的耐久性、可靠性和经济性,因此在设计发动机时,计算零件的热负荷,考虑影响热负荷的因素,是一个十分重要的问题。通过准确的对发动机活塞的热负荷分析可以改善活塞的换热条件,避免因热负荷造成的破坏提供基本的分析依据。因此,对活塞进行理论研究和有限元分析具有重要意义和实用价值。

ABSTRAC
Parts of the engine heat load further strengthen one of the main factors is restricted, directly affects engine durability, reliability and economy, and therefore in the design of the engine, the heat load calculation parts, considering factors affecting the thermal load, is a very important issue. Heat load through accurate analysis engine piston can improve heat transfer conditions, to avoid damage caused by the heat load to provide basic analytical basis. Therefore, the piston and finite element analysis theory significance and practical value.
