摘要】
通过对兰州市场上厚皮甜瓜郁金香采后腐烂病病原的分离纯化,以培养性状、显微计测结果鉴定,确认为粉红聚端孢霉(Cephalothecium roseum),黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger),镰刀菌(Fusarium sp.),青霉(Penicillium sp.)4种真菌。经过室内回接实验,镰刀菌、粉红聚端孢霉有致病作用,是甜瓜郁金香采后腐烂病的寄生性病原菌,而黑曲霉、青霉无致病作用,是甜瓜郁金香采后腐烂病的腐生性病原菌。这是国内关于该病的系统研究的首次报道。
【英文摘要】
The pathogens were isolated from samples of Yujinxiang postharvested fruit rot,that is a kind of muskmelon(Cucumis melo L.) were collected from market in Lanzhou, Gansu province,China. On the base of its characteristics in pathogenicity, they were identificated as Fusarium sp. Cephalothecium roseum, Aspergillus niger and Penicillium sp. The result showed that . and C. roseum were the parasitical pathogens, but that P. sp. and A. niger were the saprophytical. pathogens
