城市化质量评价指标体系:框架设计

[摘要]伴随着我国城市化进程的加快,对城市化质量的研究,日益受到政府和有关学者重视,但在衡量城市化质量的指标体系上缺乏统一标准。本文通过对城市化内涵及外延的深入分析,认为城市化质量的内涵与外延应包括五个方面的内容:一是工业“化”的质量;二是人口城市“化”状况;三是市场“化”的实现程度;四是社会“化”发展状况;五是可持续发展能力,并以此为基础构建了城市化质量评价指标体系。

The Framework Design On Urbanization Quality's
Evaluation Index System

[Abstract] With the acceleration of urbanization in our country,scholars and government begin to pay close attention to the problem of the urbanization quality,but the index system of urbanization quality lack the single standard. Based on the connotation of urbanization, this paper believes that the quality of urbanization should cover five aspects. First, the quality of industrialization;Second, the urbanization of population;Thirdly, the degree of marketization;Fourthly,the development of socialization; Fifthly,the sustainability. And by the above five aspects, we build a evaluation index system of urbanization quality.
