基于PLC的台式钻床控制系统改造及其进给系统设计
摘要
冲压机械手是在自动化设备的基础之上,根据现实生产中冲压的实际特点,专门为实现无人生产而研发的机械设备,有利于企业提高整条生产效率。本文在收集有关机械手方面的资料之后,对掌握的资料进行分析,能以一种快捷的途径完成该课题的研究。根据对机械手手部、腕部、手臂以及机身计算得出的数据,通过三维软件进行运动状态的模拟仿真,最后对机械手的设计过程进行完善。同时本文还介绍了机械手的作用,机械手的组成和分类,以及讨论磁吸式机械手的设计理论与方法。着重说明了它四个部分的结构设计。通过学****冲压机械手的工作原理,从而了解磁吸式机械手的运动机理。磁吸式的结构能够适合生产需要的冲压机械手,在实际生产中可以完成预期的作业,本文设计的是磁吸式的结构,因而与通用机械手相比,它结构简单,成本低廉,专用性和实用性较高,能够实现车间内的某些搬运与装配工作。

Abstract
Stamping machine hand is on the basis of automation equipment, according to the actual characteristics of stamping production reality, specifically for the realization of unmanned production and R & D of mechanical equipment, which is beneficial to the improvement of the whole production the data collected on the manipulator hand, it plete the study of subject in a fast way and carry on the analysis to the to the mechanical hand, wrist, arm and the calculated data, and simulate the motion state by 3D software, the design process of the manipulator is good. At the same time, this paper also introduces the role of manipulator, manipulator of position and classification, and discusses the design theory and method of ic emphasizes its four part structure design. The principle of learning the stamping of the manipulator, so as to understand the mechanism of ic manipulator. ic structure is suitable for punching machine hand production needs, in the actual production,it is expected to pleted homework, this design is the ic structure, compared with general manipulator, which has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, specificity and high practicability, it can be the real car in some handling and assembly work.
