JBC will build sustainable service industry around BPO&O in three steps
The near term focus is the back-end of MNC China operations, and the leading global panies; retail logistics and B2B market offers secondary opportunities
In the medium term, a ‘service factory’ will take shape at JBC, which is the site of choice for the multitude of Chinese financial institutions back-end operations
In the long term, JBC will see the #1 concentration of BPO&panies in China pete on a global scale
