Abstract The Study on Management Strategies of Tourism Enterprises After The Implementation of The New”Tourism Law" Major:MBA Graduate:ZHU HE NENG Tutor:D玎N MING XIAN Abstract:In the April 25,20 1 3 meeting of the twelfth NPC mittee second meeting,”Tourism Law(Draft)”was formally vote then,the history of development of China’S tourism industry to die in one’S bed long outside legal profession.”Tourism law”promulgated,will be brought into the development of China’S tourism industry to a new stage of study is aimed at the new ”tourism law”promulgated and implemented,tourism service enterprises shall make adjustment to management in the new environment,China’S tourism industry iS to deal with the new implementation of”tourism law”.In this study,A travel service enterprises as the research object,the new”law”the implementation of tourism travel agency management strategy changes before and after the A,as the main content of the research,timely and in—depth analysis and summary to the influence of A travel agency and change of”tourism law”promulgated,and travel to A she represented the maj ority of tourism service enterprises to better adapt to the new market environment and tourism. In the content,the study mainly includes the following five parts:the first part is mainly on the research background,research significance and research methods of the thesis sum second part is mainly to the new”law”the promulgation and implementation of tourism and its impact to the tourism enterprise of third part is the deep—seated reasons for the impact of fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to solve related problem research. The fifth part is the conclusion of this research and the prospects for future research.
