摘要
本课题以江门移动客户热线系统网络安全整改为契机,,对网络安全域进行了划分研究和实践验证。
,以管理为重点,以技术为支撑,以工程方法为指导,根据业务特点整网统一规划,分期逐级实现的安全模型。,根据客服系统具有的安全特点、安全需求、面临的风险,划分不同安全等级的安全域,基于不同安全域实现安全技术的部署和防护。
在江门移动客服系统安全域划分研究与实践中,探求了安全域的划分方法论。即明确防护需求,定义清晰有效的安全模型;结合业务系统,合理划分安全防护区域;规划层次化等级保护,建立评估与监控机制;科学设计具体安全技术的深度和强度,有效防护。
建立了一套行之有效的划分原则。即以保障业务需求为前提;对人员和资产以及他们之间的操作关系的分析是建设安全体系的基础;总体安全域的划分要基于应用的范围,以业务系统为安全域的组成单元;安全域是整体安全体系建设中的一环,安全域的划分应实现整体安全体系的要求;安全域的划分必须有较强的可实施性,能够从现有系统平滑过渡,并保障设计的扩展性;信息资产价值相近原则;必须考虑安全域的划分和业务紧密联系的矛盾;必须考虑安全域划分数量和资产保护需求的矛盾等原则。
依据安全域划分方法、划分原则,最终将一个大规模复杂的江门移动客服系统的安全防护问题,化解为安全网络域、安全服务域、安全计算域、安全用户域等小区域的安全防护问题。从而有效的实现了江门移动客服系统的信息安全防护。安全域划分方法、划分原则具有较高的实用价值,在其它电信业务系统中均可以进行应用和推广。
