Abstract
Because of Global warming, countries all over the world advocate and implement low-carbon economy. As the important part of the economy, Tourism have a decisive role in the development of low-carbon economy. In this background, developing tourism in the low-carbon way is imperative. As the new tourism development mode, low-carbon tourism can solve the sharp contradictions betwee n climate change and tourism development, promote energy saving and emission reduction, realize the sustainable development of tourism industry
On the basis of the research of low-carbon tourism both domestic and abroad, this
dissertation put forward the interpretation of low-carbon tourism, definites the concept of low-carbon tourism, points that low-carbon tourism is the tourism development model of low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission, describes the connotation and the approach to development of low-carbon tourism.
This dissertation try to research the low-carbon evaluation of scenic. According to the
connotation of low-carbon tourism, that is through putting the low-carbon technology into building tourist attractions and tourist facilities, cultivating the travel experience environment, guiding the tourism consumption, the tourism can finally achieve low-carbon development goals, the researcher selects four aspects which is tourist facilities, tourist attractions, management and low-prehensive benefits, screens the index initially selected by the Delphi method, adjusts, and then determines the final index system. O n the basis of analyzing the evaluation index, according to the existing standards, domestic and foreign research, the researcher selects the grading standard of evaluation index, and uses IAHP which is 10/1-18/2 scale to calculate the index weights, establishes low-carbon evaluation index system of scenic, comprehensively evaluates the degree of low carbon of the scenic by using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
