摘 要
随着信息化技术的快速发展和知识管理在国内的迅速普及,越来越多的企业开始建立基于局域网环境的内部协同办公信息平台。基于多年办公自动化建设经验和互连网技术的发展,从网络的性质来看,办公自动化应定位于内部网(),从办公性质来看,办公自动化应定位于数字化办公,从信息化建设的角度来看,办公自动化应是信息化建设的基础。通过实现办公自动化,或者说实现数字化办公,可以优化现有的管理组织结构,调整管理体制, 在提高效率的基础上,增加协同办公能力,强化决策的一致性,最后实现提高决策效能的目的。
本论文在为广东某制造业企业实施搭建协同办公平台的基础上,详细阐述了协同办公系统行政办公功能模块的设计和开发。同时由于该企业在实施协同办公系统之前,实施了 ERP 系统,应客户要求需要将协同办公系统与该 ERP 在物料主数据部分集成。最后在此协同办公系统之上,增加了相对独立的知识库管理模块和可配置国际化功能。
在整个系统的开发过程中,本人理论结合实践完成了如上模块的功能和毕业论文。论文大体介绍了协同办公系统开发平台 Lotus Domino/Notes 的特点和优势;介绍了 SAP 公司的 ERP 系统的技术业务背景;详细叙述了本人通过 Lotus Domino Designer 客户端开发工具开发的行政办公模块;SAP-
Domino 集成的物料主数据模块;知识库管理系统和可配置国际化技术方案。项目完成实施后统计表明,实施协同办公系统后的该企业,在决策执行
力,协作办公能力,信息的共享等各个方面有很大的提高。此项目具广泛的社会生产意义及广阔的应用前景。
