摘要
网络入侵检测是网络安全防护研究的一个热点论题,而基于人工智能算法的入侵检测技术是一个重要的研究方向。基于混沌粒子群优化算法结合支持向量机的网络入侵检测技术具有较强非线性处理能力,能够识别大量未知的、新的网络入侵行为,从而提高网络安全性。然而,现有的基于群体智能算法优化支持向量机算法存在误报率高、训练时间长以及对未知入侵数据检测能力差等方面的不足。本文对混沌粒子群优化理论与算法以及结合支持向量机在入侵检测中的应用
展开了详细的分析和研究,主要研究成果与创新如下: (1)提出了一种自适应混沌粒子群算法。ICPSO算法思想是利用混沌算子遍历
性、随机性和对初始条件的敏感性等特性,制定对惯性权重的混沌扰动调整策略, 让混沌特性真正融入到粒子的运动过程中,从而克服了现有算法收敛速度慢,易陷入局部极小的问题。最后通过选取四个经典测试函数进行实验对比分析,证明了ICPSO算法相比其他算法有着更快的收敛速度和更高的精度,另外还表明了该算法在解决高维、多极值点等复杂问题优化上是行之有效的。
(2)提出了一种基于自适应混沌粒子群优化支持向量机参数算法的入侵检测模型。通过分析参数对SVM模型的重要性,,该模型首先利用本文提出的ICPSO算法对支持向量机的核参数和惩罚系数进行迭代寻优,找到最合适的参数值,然后将其代入到混合核SVM中,再通过训练样本进行机器学****最终建立最优SVM入侵检测模型。
(3)设计实验,。,在入侵检测效率和误报率方面得到了很大改善,是一种有效的入侵检测模型。

Abstract
Network intrusion detection is a hot topic in the research work security, and intrusion detection technology based on artificial intelligence algorithm is an important research on chaos particle swarm optimization bined with support vector work intrusion detection technology has strong nonlinear processing ability,able to identify a large number of unknown,a work intrusion behavior,SO as to improve the security of , the existing algorithm based on swarm intelligence algorithm has the ings of high false alarm rate,long training time and poor ability to detect unknown intrusion data.
In this thesis,the application of the theory and algorithm of chaos particle swarm optimization and support vector machine in intrusion detection is analyzed and studied in detail,the main research findings and innovation are as follows:
An adaptive chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm is idea of ICPSO algorithm is to formulate a chaotic disturbance adjustment strategy for inertia weight by using the property of ergodicity,randomicity,and the sensitivity to initial conditions of chaos,which es the problem of slow convergence and easy
