基于 IDM 的建筑工程数据交付标准研究
摘要
建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术正深刻影响着建筑行业,为行业带来一次新的变革。BIM 是建筑工程与信息技术的结合,促进 AEC(Architecture/Engineering/Construction)项目中不同专业间的协同工作是 BIM 的焦点之一。而协同的基础在于标准,IFC 标准为实现全生命周期不同专业间的数据共享与交换奠定了基础。但基于特定阶段,特定目的开发的软件在执行 IFC 标准时因缺少针对性的信息需求定义而无法保证数据的完备与协调性,因此需要信息交付手册(Information Delivery Manual,IDM)。
本文首先介绍了通过视图共享与提取的基于 BIM 的建筑协同设计工作模式,而模型视图共享的核心在于建立针对参照链接模型的交换视图标准,定义基于流程的专业间的交互需求,由此从实际设计角度再次引出 IDM 标准的制定。文章对 IDM 的架构、部件以及研究现状做了全面的介绍。同时,着眼于勘察设计阶段的流程与数据需求的定义,强调与 IDM 的结合,用标准的方法绘制了建筑、结构、设备专业基于 BIM 的协同设计流程图,明确了每一个流程的活动内容, 并对流程中涉及的信息交付以及专业间的需求所包含的对象及属性利用独创的表格进行了清晰的描述,由此为国家 BIM 标准的最终编制以及基于 BIM 的建筑协同设计方案与软件的开发提供参考。

RESEARCH ON IDM-BASED BUIDING INFORMATION DELIVERY STANDARD
ABSTRACT
Building Information Modeling technology is having a profound impact on the construction industry, bringing a new change for the industry. BIM is bination of building engineering and information technology. Facilitating the integration and collaboration between different disciplines involved in an AEC project is one of the major focuses of BIM. IFC schema provides a basis for the data share and exchange between different disciplines. However, implementation of the pliant software solution for specific purpose is hampered by the lack of specific exchange requirements definitions and can’t plete patible data exchanges. Thus, there is need for IDM standard to make clear definition to the process as well as exchange requirement during lifecycle.
This thesis first introduces a BIM based collaborative work mode by sharing and extracting the model views. The core of the sharing is the establishment of view exchange standard about linked model and definition of exchange requirement based on the design process, leading to the formulation of the IDM standard again from the perspective of actual design.
