摘 要
在航空航天、遥感测量、现代电子测试等很多领域,要求能及时保存原始数据,用于事后数据分析和处理。因此研制容量大、功耗低、性能可靠、体积小、造价低的数据存储记录系统是十分必要的。
硬盘以其体积小、容量大、、随机访问性能差的多机处理、并行处理传输和并行记录设备、
磁带记录系统。但是,通常基于硬盘的记录系统是:制作专用Pc卡,插入
Pc机,用计算机管理硬盘进行数据采集记录。这样虽然可以实现,但其存盘速率、体积、应用场合等诸多方面都受到限制。所以,就需要有专门的硬盘控制装置来实现,以适应一些特定条件下的大容量数据采集。
本文基于大容量、低价格、普及强、速度较高的IDE硬盘,分析了利用 DSP、FPGA、CPLD和双端口RAM等高速器件完成高速采集数据的实时存储系统的设计、研制和调试。
为了方便数据存入硬盘后将硬盘连接到计算机上进行后续的处理,针对计算机操作系统的文件存储方式,论文中详细论述了FAT32文件存储格式。
为了提高硬盘存取数据的速度同时方便硬盘控制程序的编制,文中采用 PIO模式进行块操作的读写方法,从而大大提高了硬盘读写的速度。
为了采集后进行大量数据的转移,进入相应的后续处理,本设计中设计了USB与硬盘的接口,设计完成了简易的移动硬盘,方便了数据的识别和转移。
本系统已调试成功,实现了大容量硬盘单个分区最多128个文件的存储, 完成了多路数据的实时采集存储,而存入硬盘内部的数据能以文件的形式在操作系统下的文件识别打开和相应的处理,整个系统设计基本达到了预期目的。

ABSTRACT
It is required that original data should be stored in real time for the sake of the processing and analysis of them aftertime,especially in the field of aviation and space、telemetry、modern electronic technology and SO the background of the development those,then there are cries for the bulky、low power、reliable、small、twopenny data collection systems.
