摘 要
本文主要介绍了周边桁架式可展开天线的整机参数化建模。首先从参数化建模的设计思想和实现方法入手,从零件的参数化建模推广到整机的参数化建模。给出了整机参数化建模的总体设计方案。从系统的层次结构,任务的抽象和分类, 数据的传递等多个方面进行了详细的阐述和说明。开发了整机参数化建模的共享数据库,设计出针对可展开天线的共享参数数据库和实体模型库。
其次设计计算了周边桁架式可展开天线的高度,设计展开态和收拢态的周边桁架,设计完成了同步接头上的锥齿轮模型,设计反射面与周边桁架之间连接索的连接规则。并以参数化建模为目标,规定了反射面节点的编号规则,以及索网的连接索编号规则。
基于I-DEAS软件的二次开发功能,对周边桁架式可展开天线整机参数化建模任务进行了抽象和分类。设计了参数化的周边桁架、索网和反射面。并利用参数化的装配技术装配各个零件和组件,完成整机参数化建模的任务。
利用开发工具C++Builder开发出“××可展开天线参数化建模软件”实现参数化的建模过程,可服务于周边桁架式可展开天线的工程样机研制。

Abstract
Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the technique of whole product parametric modeling
on Astromesh deployable antenna.
Firstly,On the basis of the designing theory of parametric modeling,the idea of
parametric modeling on the whole model is proposed and the whole design frame is
design frame is detailedly discussed from the aspects of hiberarchy,
project abstracting and classifying,data transfer, the share database of
deployable antenna is established
Secondly,the height of Astromesh deployable antenna,the Astromesh of deployable and undeployable condition,the model of the gear on the synchronous joints,and the connection rule between the reflector surface and the mesh is designed
and at parametric modeling,the numbering rule of the nodes on the
reflector and the Astromesh is regulated.
On the basis of second development function of the I-DEAS software,the project of Astromesh deployable antenna is abstracted and truss,Astromesh, and reflector is parametrically the parts and subassembly is assembled
by the use of parametric assembly technique.
The parametric modeling software of spaceborne large deployable antennas is developed using software developing tool C++Builder,which Can be applied to the development ofAstromesh deployable antenna.
