介绍了基于IEC61 13 1-3标准的组态式保护的开发背景。为了使保护工程师从复杂、繁琐、费时的语言编程中解脱出来,从而提出了一种新的编程方法来实现微机保护——组态式保护。
程语言和结构文本编程语言,采用了模块化的设计理念,用图形化编程代替了符号编程。组态式保护的思想是根据相应的保护制定对应的保护逻辑图,然后在保护平台上搭建图形程序,运行得到可执行程序,再下载到控制器中。对保护功能算法进行分析研究,找到一个适当的保护算法来满足工程要求。介绍了组态式保护软件的功能与特点——高效性、可靠性、灵活性和开放性。分析了组态式软件保护系统的结构、功能和特点。以及保护功能块的构成,通过电动机保护的实例说明了组态式保护在微机保护中应用的可行性和优点,并对组态式保护编程与常规编程进行了比较,得出的结论是组态式保护编程在微机保护中的应用具有非常重要的意义,使微机保护的实现变得更加简单、灵活和可靠。,列举简单的例子以解释新的PLC编程语言的观念和应用。:梯形图、指令表、功能块图、结构文本和顺序功能块图。分析了各种语

现状,指出将先进的组态式保护和成熟的原理方案相结合是目前电力系统保护研制特点之一。本文分析了电动机保护配鼍及其对软件系统的需求,在此基础上采用PLC和图形化编程设计了一套电动机保护装置。本文介绍了所研制的保护装置的整体设计方案及实验结果,通过实验数据说明了用图形化编程技术在电动机保护装置设计中的可行性。

It is introduced that the exploiting background of based on the IEC61131-3 of configurable portection;In order to make protection—engineers free plex and fussy language-programming,a new programming method is put forward to
