Abstract
As the "triple play" market shows strong growth momentum,it brings remarkable economic and social benefits, the global Protocol Television subscriber scale is predicted to exceed 100 million in the next five years. Based on this kind of situation,the Routon Electronic Co., LTD. developed IPTV set-top box whose name is “Cloud Intelligent High-definition Video-audio player H4”.The player in H4 affects user experience directly,so it needs to design the player for H4,the player is expected to play the audio and video files of most mainstream formats and can take up less system resources.
Based on the existing hardware platform Intel CE4100,system platform “Plum blossom Linux system” and software platform FFmpeg,according to research the mainstream player and actual demand, this topic adopts modular structure design mode,it not only designs the overall framework for the player,but also designs the functional modules in the framework ,it designs a set of audio and video synchronization pletes the design part for the player.
According to the design scheme of the player,it realizes the whole playing process including player initialization,reading the media player files and analyzing its type,decapsulation,subtitle processing,audio stream decoding,video stream decoding,audio and video synchronization outputing,the event message responsing and cleaning pleting the whole playing process for the ,it does programming realization for the main control module for the player,then it does programming realization for each functional module separately,meanwhile it realizes munication interface between the main control module and each functional last,it does programming realization for the audio and video synchronization mechanism.
Doing the system function test and performance test for the player which pleted the design and to the function test,it can verify that playing the mainstream audio
