差异显著(P<);(3)K+浓度在给药1h和2h后显著或极显著低于对照组(P<0,01或P<0,05)。试验二的研究结果表明L AG通过抑制iNOS活性,引起***mPAP的升高,从而推测iNOS具有调节***体内mPAP的作用并与PHS 发生有着密切的联系。

The pulmonary hypertension syndrome in broilers(PHS),which is also called ascites syndrome of broilers(ASB),has a group of clinical symptoms such as obvious ascites,right heart enlarged,lung congestion,hydroncus and so disease is

two experiments explain the function of constitutive OS)and inducible NOS (iNOS)in PHS:(1)In the experiment one,iNOS OS activities in lung and serum of PHS and ascites broilers(group S).PHS broilers(group M)and health broilers(group C)were measured at the age of 21,28,35 and 42 days。AHI, WH/Bwj mPAP and NO in serum were measured as well;(2)In the experiment two, the broilers were divided into two groups which were given physiological saline and L·AG respectively through intravenous injection,and measured mPAP,superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),iNOS and eNOS activities,NO level,PCV electrolyte level,pH,and malondialdehyde(MDA)level at 1,2 and 4 hours after the broilers were administrated results of experiments were as follow:(1)
