technology drop supply chain management is an idea
developed just for improving the management effect and construction supply chain management has not a set of integrated operation flow, and supply chain management application in construction industry is restrained. A new collaborative supply chain integrated management model。_—— CPFR(Collective Planning,Forecasting,Replenishment)developed from retail industry has integrated operation the ideas of collaboration,win-win and maximizing benefit of the whole accord with the needs of construction industry this article intends to bring CPFR into construction supply chain management and build CPFR operation model which is fit for construction industry characters for improving the construction supply chain management level.
This article does some research on basic theory of CPFR,introduces the developing COLIFSe and concept of CPFR,studies the system structure and cooperation relationship and points out three principles of realizing far—ranging on showing the general operation flow of CPFR,this article
particularly explains the purposes and results of each ,the
comparisons between CPFR and other models,and merit and demerit of CPFR
own are carried out.
