Abstract The braking performance of the automobiles is one of the mostly performances for the automobile’S active safety and iS the most important study of checking it makes a condition on trails and ,it provides guidance for the increasing of the braking - iS of realistic interest for checking and measuring the braking perfelrmance of tlle automobiles to development observing and controlling system of it. In this observing and controlling system of automobile braking performance is a whole,it consists of three main ,the collectivity project iS designed on the basis of the technique demand of automobile braking and correlate criterion of braking performance of table inspection in GB7258 —1997<automobile safety technic condition>. hardware and software are designed according to actual surroundings and technic demand of device checking and ,the software and hardware reliability and anti-janarning have been of CPLD in anti-jamming and filtering has been put simulating results in MAX+PUJS II are presented. Moreover,all FIR algorithm with CPLD has been applied in this system to deal with the practical data and suppress the ,we did some system debug and performance test on braking inspecting experimentation data after disposal sarisfy the antieipative have proved that the automobile inspecting system WOrk credibly and its data are correctness and rationality ofthe design ofthe hardware and software system ofthis inspecting system are validated. nle automobile braking inspecting system in this paper possesses hi曲precision, good reliability and fine real ,it works well in practical has banausic value in inspecting automobile braking performance and the development of the inspecting instrmnent.
