Abstract
To meet the construction requirements of Expressways and high speed railway in China,and to produce long—track—laying machine by China,parsion with machines from both home and abroad,based on contract with railway department(code 2003G09一A)We have conducted the research of CPG500 long··track··laying machine and the construction technology according to the detailed and specific railway condition ofour country.
In the paper,it discussed the long-track-·laying machine research scheme and principle genarly,and details for long—track—laying machine’S key technology and corresponding measurements,as well as efficiency targets,and SO paper aslo introduced long-track—laying machine construction process,and
comprared it with advanced long·-track·-laying machines from other countries in
detail;and then discussed long-track-laying machine’S main machine,include work part Car,assistant power car,sleepers transport and lay parts,power and brake control paper disscussed and studied all the above’S work principle and also paid attention to Car gantry crane'work principle and structure,expecially to emphasize its move and work control system, include manual control,auto-posioning,work monitor and safety measurements. Later the paper carry putation and verified that it meet requirement
ofalJ the criterion.
The long—track-laying machine design and manufacture based on mature and reliaility principle,and it also possessed advanced,ecnomic,efficiency,safety technology characters and merits,and pointed out that during the
long·track-laying machine design and manufacture process we must pay the follow attentions:
1 deal good relation with advancement and reliability as well as efficiency.
2 long-·track·-laying machine design and manufacture should concern with field construcion and maintainece.
3 pay attention to efficiency price ratio during long·-track··laying machine design and manufacture process.
