实验二:A、B、E三组间钙溶出量无差别(尸>),C、D组间钙溶出量无差别(P>), 但A、B、E三组均比C、D组溶出钙鼍少,差别显著(P<)。
结论:CPPs具有明显的促进钙磷沉积于脱矿釉质表面作用,使脱矿釉质发牛再矿化;CPPs 与常用矿化液复合后再矿化作用优于常用矿化液;CPPs与Ca2+,pH值一定,钙遥不增加情况下,增加CPPs的量与Ca2+ 时不再会提高再矿化的效果;激光共聚焦显微镜的使用有助于分析脱矿再矿化的改变,再矿化后脱矿间隙明显缩小;CPPs没有直接瞰【止脱矿的作用,但也不会使釉质表面发牛脱矿; ***保护剂形成的漆膜能够有效抵抗酸的腐蚀作用。
