强度较高,划痕临界载荷高于60 N,尤其是双重处理(低温离子氮化和PVD) 涂层。10N载荷作用时,双重处理Ti例N涂层压痕表面出现少量巢状裂纹,Cr/DLC 涂层未出现裂纹,。双重处理Ti厂riN和
Graphite—iC划痕表面未出现任何涂层失效形貌,。 Cr/DLC涂层在高载荷区(~60N)划痕表面出现极其轻微的半圆形拉伸裂纹, 摩擦系数为O,1。这些主要归因于高的基体硬度、过渡层缓和了界面处应力的不连续性以及韧性好的涂层。
(3)硬、韧和低摩擦系数的硬涂层(Ti/TiN、Cr/DLC)大幅度提高了Crl2MoV 钢的耐磨性。经6h磨损后,单一处理Ti/TiN和Cr/DLC后试样的磨损率是未经表面处理的21%和24%,双重处理Ti/TiN和Cr/DLC后试样的磨损率是未表面处理的15%和4%。从光滑的磨损表面形貌和EDX分析推论:Ti厂riN和Cr/DLC 磨损机制主要为试样表面的逐渐抛光磨损。
(4)自润滑涂层(、Ti/MoS2)由于独特的自润滑作用同样能改善Crl2MoV钢的耐磨性。经6h磨损后,单一处理Graphite—iC和Ti/MoS2后试样磨损率分别是未经表面处理试样的9%和39%:双重处理Graphite—iC后试样磨损率为未经表面处理试样的3%。从涂层磨损形貌来看,自润滑涂层呈现不同程度的剥落,这主要与其层状的结构有关。
(5)PVDTi/TiN和PVDTi/MoS2涂层实际应用试验结果显示:不管是硬涂层还是自润滑涂层都能提高冷冲“控制臂翻边凸模”实际使用寿命,前者约提高 1 60%,后着约提高150%。

Abstract
With the rapid development of automotive industry,there is an ever-increasing demand for ,the quality and cost of cold·ponents,to a great extent,depend on quality and life of the cold working the fact that Crl 2MoV steel has atl excellent property of wear resistance,premature failure of the cold working dies is often found due to ,it is necessary to improve the tribological properties of the cold—working steels by various surface engineering technologies,with a view to decreasing cost and enhancing qualities recent years,some attention has been paid to ph)7sical vapor deposition owing to its low deposition temperature and various coatings to be made:Some hard coatings( TiN,DLC)and self-lubricated coatings( Oraphit-iC,MoS2)can offer high hardness or self-lubricated effects and thus it is anticipated that this maybe used to effectively improve the life of cold-working ,little work has been reported on this
