Abstract
Under the situation of global economy integrity,according to either the environment or analysis of enterprise development,international operation is more and more to allocate and use resource in worldwide market is an issue that most enterprises have to consider and deal development brings Chinese economy and enterprises with new opportunity and enterprises need to implement international operation to share resources in domestic and foreign market SO as to enhance petence and seek for sustainable development.
This Paper analyzes development,business environment and market opportunities of CRSBG and work out internationalization strategy based on CRSQ actual
paper contains five chapters
The first chapter state the background and purpose of the study and analyzes the current research on this ,flame and method of study is also described in this part. Chapter II explain the definition of internationalization and internationalization strategy and introduce three research theories which are PEST,SWOT and products life cycle
The third chapter firstly illustrates CRSQ development,foreign market developing achievements and difficulties based on SWOT matrix,prehensive analysis is light of the analysis,SO and WO strategy was on how to implement the strategies are also stated.
