fix board of CT machine
Abstract
The main object of this subject is to and analyse the special-purpose milling machine of the fix board of CT machine for the machine factory of Northeastern processing the the fix board of CT milling machine carl cut other parts.
As the object of this article,on the basis of CT machine fix board--concrete shape,dimension and characteristic,it designs a horizontal milling machine is designed that use for special purpose,for achieving reqnipment that machine tool work steadily, construction simply,plan cost low and cycle fast introduces machine tool whole design,transmission design,main parts design course check and calculate with explain the profotmdin in simple analyse about intensity of pressure distribution of guided track,and made some analysis and study by test data to the electrical machinery hotheaded problem which turn up in the course.
Do feasibility study and analysis to open-guided track,and analyse two guided track’s surface in receiving power condition and intensity ofpressure distribution change condition under cutting ,use folding way to gain general intensity ofpressure distribution oftwo guided track’surface,research rectangle and triangle guided tracks in receiving power condition and intensity of pressure distribution change condition when adding a new work platform front and ,proof adopts feasibility of open—guided track.
In respect of the control systerm on machine tool,article introduces the whole construction and the control principle of the control part in this conversion,which affect electrical machinery directly,have given principle analysis,and pare the scheme of frequency conversion of speed governor with others to explain its advantage.
