The lobar fissures are low contrast objects with blurred boundaries in CT images,and the detection task plicated by surrounding vessels or other structures,and noise and artifacts in the order to achieve fully automatic lobe segmentation,we utilize an anatomic atlas that iS calculated from a set of pre—segmented training data deforming the fissures onto a template image,the average fissure and variability between different subjects Can be obtained by 10Cal statistical probabilistic analysis shows that the atlas can provide art initialization for the fissure the initialization may not be close ,in order to enhance the fissure contrast,a ridgeness measure is after initial search,‘reliable’fissure selection and final search,the fissure is detected and the tobe is result shOWS that this method works pretty method developed in this PaDer has some significance to future research on lung anatomy.
