ABSTRACT Along with the appearance of high—power C-band and X-band microwave ,the improvement of machine process level such as the numerical control process machine tool,and along with a crying need of practical application, miniaturization is turning into one ofthe necessity trend elerator’S development. Firstly,it is investigated in this dissertation the development actuality and application foreground including the requirement of some departments such as medical treatment sanitmion as well as industry CT departments it is also briefly discussed in this dissertation some physical and technique problems about C-band accelerating the time,brief equivalent circuit analysis of ideal bi—period structure is reviewed,and that of accelerating cavities(prises multilevel bunching section)is briefly presented. Secondiy,theoretic analysis of ic field in SW accelerating tube is performed in this ,analysis ofportrait movement,landscape orientation movement of electrOn and the influence of space charge On landscape orientation movement of electron is alSO addition,ic field mathematical software SUPERFISH and panicle dynamic caleulation software GPT、 BUtMELA are introduced in order to implement the ic field numerical calculation and panicle dynamic simulation.
