Along with Multi-Beam Klystron(MBK)technology introduce from Russia and realize made in our country last century,The new type power device already extended radar、electron-war、munication industry,MBK is adopted Multi·Beam technique development,improve efficiency bandwidth product and reduce the operating voltage greatly,MBK has a lot of characters,such硒broadband、high gain and efficiency,low operating voltage,light weight,small size,control gnd,Performance index has many pared with the single beam ldystron,SO that
transmitters choose multi-beam klystron as the last amplifier having various
performances as broadband and hi曲efficiency.
This paper introduces a kind of transmitter using multi-beam output power 1 60kW、work pulse width -400ps、repetition frequencies 50Hz-20kHz first,this article entirely introduces the radar transmitter design principle,special emphasis Was given microwave tube and modulator principle, MBK’S origin、development second part based on the system technic
target The employing of MBK、high·voltage supply power、grid modulator、charging
circuit、water cooling system、control circuits are described in the paper,special emphasis were given power and Ⅱlird part based on the system technology condition manufactured transmitter many experimentations,giving the testing four part poillted out its deepeet and presented some mdatiOIlS.
