摘要
自从***实行的改革开放后,引进国外的先进技术与管理技术,我国经济开始蜕变,迅速崛起。然而,经济的发展是以企业发展的好坏为基础,换句话说企业强则经济强,企业弱则经济弱。为此,企业发展的好坏直接或间接的影响我国的经济发展。所以,无论国企也好,私人企业也罢,企业的振兴关系国家的经济发展,也是我国政府孜孜不倦的追求。本课题便是研究企业如何才能更好地发展,重点又是研究企业经营生产中如何在先进的管理水平上整合生产资源,提高生产效率。这样便将会涉及大量的管理理论以及相关的知识,寻找最佳切合点运用于企业生产经营中,以此达到管理理论运用最佳,资源分配最优,经济效益最高。
