摘 要
伴随着人类社会的飞速发展,对能源的需求日益膨胀。然而不断地燃烧化石燃料导致环境污染问题日益突出。其中寻找更为清洁、可再生的、新型能源成为解决方案。在各种新能源中,风能是当前最为清洁,完全可再生的一种能源。大力发展风力发电可以缓解能源供给紧张,减少化石燃料燃烧,保护环境。然而伴随着装机和并网容量不断增大,风力发电功率的随机性和波动性问题日益突出, 不但影响调度运行还会影响电网稳定性,甚至危及电网的安全性。如果不解决, 会严重影响风力发电的开发和发展。
首先,本文简要分析了风力发电的波动特性,其中包括波动产生的机理,影
响因素,以及衡量波动的技术指标。
其次,以双馈异步风力发电系统为基础,配置了钒液流电池的新型发电系统。分析了基于低通滤波原理和并网限值的出力波动平抑策略,提出了分频段平抑的新型平抑策略。
再次,利用MATLAB对本文提出的波动平抑方案进行仿真分析,讨论了在不同时间常数下的平抑效果,以及不同频段下分别平抑的效果,进一步验证储能系统对风力发电波动的平抑效果。
最后,提出基于储能系统,搭建更宏观的能量管理平台,进而做到更节约有

Abstract
With the rapid development of human society,the demand for energy is growing. owever,the burning of fossil fuel has e increasingly of solution is searching of clean and renewable energy is the most clean and renewable energy in all kinds of new energy development wind power can relieve stress of energy supply,reduce the burning of fossil fuels,and protect the ,with the increasing capacity of grid—conne,the random and volatility of wind power generation is ing more and more prominent,which will affect the stability of work and even endanger the security of work.
Firstly,this paper briefly analyzes the fluctuation characteristics of wind power generation,including the mechanism,the influencing factors,and the technical index of the fluctuation.
Secondly,based on the double fed induction wind power generation system,a new type of power generation system for vanadium redox flow battery is configured. Analysis of the low pass filtering principle and grid limit value based strategy to stabilize the output fluctuation,proposed a new strategy to stabilize the frequency
stabilizing.
Thirdly,analysis and simulate the fluctuation smoothing scheme based on
MATLAB in this the stabilizing effection in different time constants
and verify energy storage system to stabilize the effect of wind power fluctuation.
