摘要
随着我国现有经济发展从粗放型向精细化模式转变,各行各业也都在经历着转型和重构,同时规划建筑行业也面临同样的转型一一由粗放型的实施转为精细化的规划模式,人们对于城市建筑的品质提出了更高的要求,人们也越来越关注人居环境。
近几年,通过对传统建筑形式的研究,把其规划设计理念和设计手法应用到现代住宅中已经越来越普遍。本文在相关理论研究的基础上,通过对传统合院式住宅空间结构相关理论的分析,研究其在现代排屋中应用的可行性,意在为现代排屋项目的设计提供借鉴。
首先,本文对课题研究的背景、目的及意义、主要对象、内容以及国内外研究动态进行了阐述,并说明了本文研究的主要思路与方法。
其次,本文通过对我国南、北方典型传统合院式住宅空间结构的分析和对比, 以及传统合院式住宅与现代排屋空间结构的对比,得出利用传统合院式住宅空间结构设计现代排屋的可实现性和可操作性。
再次,通过对现阶段已实施的,利用传统合院式住宅空间结构设计的现代排屋项目实例的分析,深入剖析其空间结构设计手法,并总结其在实践中应用中的优劣特点,进一步论证这一应用手法的可行性。
最后,通过笔者参与的绿城·云栖玫瑰园项目,验证传统合院式住宅空间结构在现代排屋中应用的可实施性,对其营造的合院武住宅空间结构进行具体分析, 并通过问卷调查和访谈的形式得到居住者的反馈信息,得出传统合院式住宅空间结构在现代排屋中的应用更符合居住者物质与心理的双重需求。
结尾部分,笔者从社会、经济、文化等角度提出了现代排屋住宅建设发展的优势与不足之处,总结传统合院式住宅空间结构在现代排中应用的相关结论,并对未来的研究提出了展望。
