本文还探索了链长、链段类型、六元环饱和度、双键官能度的影响, 研究表明,以丙烯酸羟乙酯为羟烷基丙烯酸酯合成的UA,分子链长的增加,使得UA体积收缩率、固化后玻璃化温度(您)、刚性及硬度降低,双键转化率、接触角及断裂伸长率增加。直链结构、带侧基结构、环状结构, 其双键转化率、体积收缩率依次降低,Tg、刚性、硬度依次增加。六元环饱和度的增加,使双键转化率、体积收缩率、柔韧性、接触角、断裂伸长率增加,Tg、刚性、硬度、热稳定性降低。双键官能度的增加,使双键转化率降低,体积收缩率、断裂伸长率、您、刚性、接触角增加。以
季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯为羟烷基丙烯酸酯合成的UA具有以上相似的变化规律,只有官能度对UA刚性、硬度、您的影响与上述部分相反。总体来说,丙烯酸羟乙酯系列比季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯系列具有更高的双键转化率、柔韧性、断裂伸长率,更低的体积收缩率、硬度、刚性、Tg。

ABSTRACT
Urethane acrylates(UA)monly used uV—cured resin and it can be divided into variety of species and possess different of high double bond density,UA with low molecular weight Can form more dense work,the cured film possess high hardness,modulus,good solvent resistance and good adhesion for PET which is a widely used optical ,the cured film is brittle and fragile because ofhigh double bond this paper,we prepared a series ofnew-type UA with low molecular
weight,the new-type UA possesses the properties as following:better flexibility,higher stiffness and modulus,better solvent resistance and adhesion forPET.
In this paper,we selected ethylene glycol,butyl glycol,1,6一hexylene glycol, neopentyl glycol, 1,4-cyclohexanol diol,hydroqumone and trimethylolpropane reacted with isophorone diisocyanate and hydroxyethyl acrylate/pentaerythritol triacrylate respectively,finally we synthesized 1 5 kinds of UA with low molecular synthesized materials were tested by
