The prirvious researches are summaryed and the test is based on SPAX-2000 static and dynamic true triaxial testing system(improved).Here are the test parameters:loading ffequencys are Hz,, and 1 stresses are 20kPa,50kPa and 65kPa. Consolidation stresses areol’=-02’=-03’=200kPa,01’-'-02’_225kPa and 03’=200kPa, 01’=G2’=250kPa and 03’= content and main results are as follows: influence of loading frequency is shown as frequency are the key factor of development of pore water pressure,accumulative plastic strain and hysteresis loops,but not the dynamic elastic the same cyclic stress and consolidation stress, the pore water pressure and accumulative plastic strain decreased as the increasing of loding reduction of pore water pressure and accumulative plastic strain of are over 57%and 77%than that of . influence of cyclic stress is shown as stress are the key influencing factor of development of pore water pressure,accumulative plastic strain and hysteresis loops,but not the dynamic elastic the same dynamic frequency and concolidation stress,the pore water pressure and accumulative plastic strain decreased as the increasing of cyclic increase ofpore water pressure and accumulative plastic strain of 20kPa are over 233%and 1 03%than that of 50kPa. influence of consolidation is shown as stress are the key influencing factore for dynamic elastic modulus,but not the pore water pressure and accum
