北京市某住宅建筑给排水设计
摘要
该建筑位于北京市,是集商业、住宅于一体的高层建筑,,地上33层,地下2层,建筑高度96m,属于一类公共建筑。因为该建筑物属于高层建筑,所以其给水排水系统的设计需按照高层建筑给水排水要求完成。根据掌握的实际情况,对建筑物内各卫生器具设备的给排水情况及其使用性质等相结合,设计如下给排水系统:
给水系统:该建筑采用竖向分区供水,与变频水泵、减压阀相接合满足各用户的用水要求;市政管网用水考虑到为了保障供水质量,又经济节约,所以从市政管网引出两条给水管。
排水系统:本设计采污废水和流排放体制。管材使用PVC-U管,因为其质地优良,可承受高强度的压力冲击,耐化学腐蚀,卫生间设置专用通气立管。
消防系统:该建筑地下一、二层,商场一二层设自动喷水灭火系统,1~33层住宅区设消火栓系统。室内设专用消火栓给水管网,竖向分为两个区;室外消防管网的布置要求布置成环状管网且室外设地下式水泵接合器两套,便于消防车使用。
热水系统:家用式燃气热水器,即开即用,无需等待,占地面积小,所以该建筑住户所需热水通过家用式燃气热水器供给。
雨水系统:本建筑设置四根雨水立管,采用内排水系统。

Water supply and drainage design of a residential building in Beijing city
Abstract
The building is located in Beijing, it is mercial and residential in one of the high-rise buildings, with a total construction area of , 33 floors above ground and 2 underground floors, building height is 96m, which belongs to a class of public buildings. Because of the building belongs to the high-rise buildings, the design of water supply and drainage system must pleted in accordance with the requirements for high-rise building water supply and drainage. According to the actual situation, it’s use for water supply and drainage and other properties of bination of various sanitary ware equipment in the building, combining design of water supply and drainage system as follows:
Water supply system: the building adopts the vertical division with variable frequency pumps, pressure reducing valve joint meet the water requirements of the users;municipal water work into consideration in order to protect water quality, and economical, so two e from the municipal work water.
Drainage system: The design of mining waste and sewage discharge flow system.
