ABSTRACT
Scroll feature can realize mutual conversion between rotary motion and linear application field is very broad,such as the application on the aircraft landing gear,automotive steering gear,NC machine tool feed drive mechanism, screw vice has a kind of high efficiency,energy saving transmission and of efficiency, quick,saving energy,high rigidity of transmission zero clearance,tracking and agility,no polluting the environment and the characteristics of strong adaptability to the environment, high speed precision ball screw pair has became an itTeplaceable key features for all kinds of large—scale machine ,in the reliability theory of the ball screw vice and the standard of testing evaluation research in—depth,lack of effective experimental equipment and testing means.
The paper group to undertake major national science and technology projects”scroll feature industrialization development and appl ication of key teclmology and equipment” ZX04002013(2012),the national natural science fund project”abnormal condition ball screw transmission failure mechanism and experimental study on”(5 1 375279).Around the ball screw vice reliability failure mechanism,the overall design and the development and design of
the detection system of the test bench, in the following several aspects work
