变频器在恒压供水中的应用

摘要
随着社会的发展,人们对供水质量和供水系统可靠性的要求不断提高;再加上目前能源紧缺,利用先进的自动化技术、控制技术以及通讯技术,设计高性能、高节能、能适应不同领域的恒压供水系统成为必然的趋势。
本文介绍了变频恒压供水的原理及系统的组成结构,提出了不同的控制方案,采用电动机调速装置与可编程控制器(PLC)构成控制系统,进行优化控制泵组的调速运行,并自动调整泵组的运行台数,完成供水压力的闭环控制,在管网流量变化时达到稳定供水压力和节约电能的目的。论文对变频调速恒压供水系统的节能原理做了较详细的分析和研究。为防止自动运行部分发生故障,设计了手动运行控制部分。

Abstract
there is a growing demand for betterquality of water supply and higher reliability of supply system. In addition ,considering the mon energy crisis, achieving the scheme of automatingthe water supply system. So it is an inevitable tendency to design and create an energy-savingconstant-pressure water supply system of excellent performance with the help of advancedtechniques of automation,monitor-control system; munication. Meanwhile, the System can also adapt to various water Supply regions.
This paper analyzes the structure of VF speed regulating constant-pressure water supply,and proposes several control methods. install the control system with motor speed adjustment and programmable logic controller (PLC), it carries out optimization control anization of the operation of speed adjustment, and adjusts the number of running pumps, completes pressure of water supply closed-loop control system, reaches the steady pressure of water supply in the changing of rate of flow in the and the purpose of economizing electrical order to pump water for the people under the mon condition of the frequency invertor ,this systerm has designed manual-controller.
