摘 要
企业核心竞争力是具有动态性的,是随着企业在激烈的国内外市场竞争中沉浮变化着的。为了使企业具有长久的竞争优势,就必须不断保护和发展企业的核心竞争力,不断提升企业核心竞争力的有价值、难模仿和可扩展性,与时俱进地推进企业技术创新、管理创新、机制创新,只有这样才能巩固和保持现有的核心竞争力,培育未来新的核心竞争力。实践表明,大力推进企业实施技术创新战略, 增强企业的技术和专长的难度、先进性和独特性,增强企业技术和专长的难模仿性,是构建企业核心竞争力的关键环节,这对于巩固企业核心产品竞争优势地位的稳固性、提升企业的综合竞争能力至关重要,因此,基于核心竞争力的企业技术创新战略的研究就成为摆在我国企业面前的一项十分重要的课题。
本文主要工作如下:
1、简要回顾了企业技术创新理论的发展历程,对基于核心竞争力的企业技
术创新战略进行了简要的阐述。
2、应用产业结构分析理论,对石药集团所处的内外环境进行了系统分析, 对其产品结构、技术创新思路进行了详细论证。并结合核心竞争力的有关理论, 分析了石药集团核心竞争力的构建基础。
3、从系统的角度研究制药企业核心竞争力测评问题,提出了企业核心竞争
力测评系统的概念,给出了系统的整体描述和结构设计。
4、基于“市场与盈利一业务与技术一内部资源基础”三个层面对企业核心竞争力进行测评的思路,具体设计了相应的测评指标体系,建立了制药企业核心竞争力评价指标体系和模型,并应用该模型对石药及其竞争对手的核心竞争力现状进行了评价。
5、建立核心竞争力评测模型并对石药集团核心竞争力进行分析。
6、对石药集团核心竞争力的构建进行分析。
