unreasonable design of financiN systems,weak and poor supervisions of accounting and
unsatisfied financial evaluation systems,are urgent to be solved.
FinanciN management in entrusted operation is a financial system based on corporate governance and the division and balance of property rights between hotel owners and agent a basis of the principal of hotel entrusted operation mode,focusing on fmancial management,this paper emphasizes the status and role of the agent in entrusted operation and analyses systematically hotel financial management system in entrusted operation which concentrated on the principal..agent theory and the theory of financial case mainly takes H hotel as an it introduces the background of H hotel owners and agents,the establishment process and operation status of H then it analyzes the causes of a series of problems in the process of H hotel management through field ,it puts forward reasonable suggestions to reestablishing H hotel financial system,which consists of building the financial evaluation system,optimizing scientific financial management mechanism and improving the fixed assets management
paper expects to achieve win-win cooperation and harmonious development
between hotel owners and agents by improving the H hotel financial operation mechanism·
