Abstract
With the speedy development of tourist hotel industry and the maturity of domestic hotel management day by day,more and more hotels begin to realize the importance of fact,the development of hotel staff training has e more ,there is few training research of Middle—level managers and their ,in the reality,a lot of hotels don’t have training plane,and the relevant rules and are lack of targeted training system.
MOT theory is intended to establish customer-oriented contains pyramid upside down,customer-oriented enterprises and anizational structure.
MOT theory is the effective way to improve the quality of service,it is the most
powerful and influential management concepts and mode of behavior in the services ’S contents can explore the petencies of middle-level managers in and contents of MOT theory can make the training system has
pertinence to optimize the service operating system of panies.
Chapter I introduces the background and significance of choosing this topic,and
overview of training theory research,sources of information,research methods. Chapter II is the theoretical basis of the dissertaion,introduces MOT theory and
theory identifies the petencies of middle-level
