摘要
现代市场竞争造就了一批资金实力雄厚、技术先进、多元化发展的大型企业集
团。随着各行业市场竞争的不断加剧,企业如何选择合适的组织结构,合理配置资
源,提高管理效率,显得尤为重要。这也是目前许多正处于快速成长阶段的大型企
业集团所面临的普遍问题,而对各产业推行专业化管理,整合管理资源,选择合适
的组织结构体系,是实现企业价值最大化的有力保证。
本文拟借鉴我国房地产优秀企业组织结构模式,并结合鲁能置业集团公司实际
对其组织结构体系的现状进行描述和诊断分析,在此基础上,优化设计出一套科学、
适应市场竞争形势、符合企业实际情况组织结构体系,并期望能为鲁能其他产业改
进组织结构体系提供依据,为其他房地产企业集团特别是多元化发展的大型企业集
团组织结构体系的设计、实施和完善提供参考价值。

Abstract
The modern petition brings about a number of large-scaled enterprises
with abundant capital, advanced technology and diverse development. As the growing
competition in each field, they are important for the enterprises to choose a proper
organization structure and distribute resources reasonally, which are used to increase the
efficiency of management. In nowadays, the two aspects mentioned above are also the
common problems for the large-scaled enterprises which are developing rapidly. And it is
known to us that carrying out the industrialization management, integrating management
resources as well as choosing proper structure system are strong guarantees to imize the
value of enterprisesThis article intends to describe and analyze the current situation in structure system
of Luneng Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd,. With learning the excellent
organization structure mode of the property enterprise, we plan to design a scientific
organization structure system which is adapted to the petition situation and in
accordance with the practice. We also look forward to supply reference to improve other
industries of Luneng Co., and to provide value for other estate enterprises especially the
diverse development large-scaled ones to design, implement and perfect anization

对于日益发展壮大的多元化集团而言,为各产业选择合适的组织结构体系显得
尤为重要,也是目前许多正处于快速成长的大型企业集团所面临的普遍问题。现代
企业组织是合理配置生产力,顺利进行生产经营活动的必要手段,是维护和发展生
产关系的必要工
