Abstract
Lean Production originates from Toyota in Japan, nowadays it is recognized as the most revolutionary management of production anization behavior, and it is also praised as the third milestone in industrialization course of human being. Its core contents include resource saving, waste reducing, cost cutting and efficient production system founding. Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co. Ltd is a China-Japan joint venture. In order to adapt austere market environment, WDHAC actively replied, every department adopted
all kinds of efficient methods(including pushing Learn Production in manufacture field
energetically), in order to reduce influence from financial crisis. Jointing department as the first process in procedure of automobile manufacture, pushing Learn Production plays the core role in quality lifting, cost cutting and production efficiency raising.
At the beginning of this thesis, it brought in the research background and purpose, introduced the study states in China and overseas, discussed the current problems as well. Next introduces the current production management status and existing problems of welding workshop, and on this basis, to analyze the welding workshop in the necessity and significance of lean production. The thesis uses SWOT method to find out the
strengths、weaknesses、opportunities、threats in pushing Learn Production, and then fixes
on the principle、aim and basic thought. Secondly, it expatiates the method how to improve the badness in project using the idea of Learn Production. Such as applying 5S method to optimize environment of workshop, reducing 8 kinds of waste and launch the TPM management extensively in order to realize procreative automatization etc. After that it gives three examples of improvement in jointing workshop. The end of this thesis summarizes the experience and insufficiency in Lean Production of jointing workshop, at the same time it brings forward the method and direction in future in the interest of keeping impr
