Abstract: This paper tries to find the key factors of dynamic basis of the evolution of Agglomeration devel-
opment of Productive Service with system theory and builds a dynamic evolution mechanism model of Ag-
glomeration development of Productive Service. It also analyzes external from dynamic perspective and de-
scribes formation mechanism of internal driving forces. In addition, it explores the influence mechanism of
internal driving forces during the evolution of Agglomeration development of Productive Service taken Ag-
glomeration development of Productive Service systems and external environment as a whole.
