中文提要
中外合资企业作为我国改革开放后外商直接投资的一种主要形式,承载着我国本土企业学****跨国公司先进技术的希望。然而合资企业发展二十几年来的事实,成果检验,让我们看到“市场换技术”的意图并未如期实现:核心技术始终被外方控制,一些行业中中方甚至陷入了技术依赖的困境。近来政府提出了“自主创新’’的口号,将
建立自主品牌提到了前所未有的战略高度。这使得通过提高中外合资企业中中方学****技术的效率,加快技术转移进程,实现战略目标,具有更加重要的现实意义。
本文从我国中外合资企业的发展现状出发,从中外合资企业中方学****困境的内因和外因两个方面给予分析,并提出了两条中方提高技术学****的对策:第一,建立一个中方技术学****模型,从阶段与层次两个维度阐述了中方的学****路径;第二,从影响学****效果的因素角度,提出了提高中方学****效率的几条建议。最后,结合我国汽车合资工业的实际,为本土汽车企业的技术提升从政府层面和企业层面提出了相应的建议。

Study on China’S Technological Learning in International Joint Ventures:
Abstract
As a maj or form of foreign direct investment in China's reform and opening up,j oint ventures is expected path of advanced technological learning by China’S local enterprises. However,after more than 20 years of the development of the joint venture,the result showed that the policy of”market for technology”is not realized aS our technology has always been controlled by foreign ’S more,in some industries, the Chinese side is getting into difficulties in ing a relier on foreign technology.
