大学的最后一个学期,我们在老师的带领下,按照学校的统一部署到武汉华星鸿泰北京现代4S店为期三个月的毕业实****br/>生产实****是高等院校为培养高素质工程技术人才安排的一个重要实践性教学环节,是将学校教学与生产实际相结合,理论与实践相联系的重要途径。其目的是使我们通过实****在专业知识和人才素质两方面得到锻炼和培养,从而为毕业后走向工作岗位尽快成为骨干打下良好基础。在生产实****过程中,学校也以培养学生观察问题、解决问题和向生产实际学****的能力和方法为目标。培养我们的团结合作精神,牢固树立我们的群体意识,即个人智慧只有在融入集体之中才能最大限度地发挥作用。
结合这次实****我选择的课题是《汽车维修车间典型案例实录》,下面我将介绍华星鸿泰的企业文化,北京现代汽车用户课堂,以及在车间遇到的一些典型案例。

Abstract

Its goal is causes us obtains the exercise and the raise through the practice in the specialized knowledge and the talented person quality two aspects, thus after graduation moves toward the operating post to e the backbone to build the good foundation as soon as possible. In the productive practice process, the school also take trains the student to observe the question, to solve the problem and to production actual study ability and the method as a goal. Raises our unity team spirit, acquires our group consciousness reliably, namely individual wisdom only then in integrates in the collective to be able maximum limit to play the role. unifies this practice, I choose the topic will be the automobile workshop illustrative case analysis, below I will introduce that the Huaxing great wild goose peaceful enterprise culture, Beijing modern automobile user classroom, as well as some illustrative cases which will meet in the workshop.
