【摘要】目的:探讨Cyclin D1和CDK4在正常宫颈上皮、CIN和宫颈鳞癌中表达状况。方法:收集子宫颈活检及手术标本118例,其中正常鳞状上皮14例,CIN25例,宫颈鳞癌79例。采用SP免疫组织化学方法,检测CyclinD1和CDK4蛋白的表达情况。结果:Cyclin D1和CDK4在正常宫颈上皮、CIN和宫颈鳞癌的中表达水平存在显著性差异(P<005),在不同分化程度的宫颈鳞癌间无显著性差异(P>005)。结论:在宫颈鳞癌发生过程中伴有Cyclin D1和CDK4 表达水平的增高,检测其含量改变有助于宫颈鳞癌诊断。【关键词】宫颈鳞癌,细胞周期蛋白D1;细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶4
